The original version of Ohio Adoption Forms (WAdopt) was
released in September of 1997. Since then, we've seen Microsoft release
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Of
course, none of the Windows upgrades were free, but they were for
owners of WAdopt during that same period. Unfortunately, because
of the cumulative effect of changes in the Windows operating system
over the years, old 16-bit programs like WAdopt are rapidly
becoming obsolete and problematic in a 32-bit environment.INCLUDED FORMS
We probably could have simply recompiled the program into a 32-bit program,
but there have been so many programming changes over the years and
user-suggestions that we wanted to do more than put a new wrapper on an old
