Remote Assistance  
     
  Remote Assistance allows one of our technicians to connect to your computer via the Internet for the purposes of conducting a tutorial session or for diagnosing problems related to running our software. Hi speed connections are required. There is usually no charge for this service.

To start your session, follow these steps:
 
     
  1a. Windows Users: Click on this link to connect to download the TeamViewer Version 11 host applet. 
 
  1b. Mac Users: Click on this link to connect to download the TeamViewer Version 11 host applet. 
 
  2. Depending on your browser, firewall and antivirus software, you will receive a prompt asking if you'd like to Run the TeamViewer temporary connection applet. Click Run.
 
     
  3. When the applet is downloaded and installed, you will be assigned a random private User ID and temporary password.  By providing the User ID and Password to us you will permit us to connect to your computer. You may terminate the session at any time and when the session is terminated, your password is invalidated and the temporary applet which you downloaded is automatically uninstalled for security purposes.
